Team Post Op (TPO) is a fully licensed and bonded provider of Durable Medical Equipment, Medical Supplies, and Orthotics servicing the State of Florida since 2007. TPO is compliant, certified, and accredited by AHCA, BOC, and Medicare.
Per credentialing guidelines, our warehouse is routinely visited by AHCA, BOC, and Medicare field agents. We have implemented rigid protocols to make sure all equipment is in excellent condition before it is delivered to a patient. We keep stringent cleaning, maintenance, and repair records on all equipment.
Every TPO representative has been rigorously screened, trained, licensed, insured, and certified by AHCA and BOC credentialing guidelines. We have a bilingual staff replete with service techs, orthotic fitters, and orthotists ready to accommodate your needs.
TPO has purchasing agreements with most of the major manufacturing Orthotic and DME companies, thereby giving us a vast and diversified inventory of medical supplies such as CPM’s for all joints, GameReady units, Vascutherm units, cryo cooling units, Precision Ice units, DVT prophylaxis products (hospital and home settings), wheel chairs (standard and powered), scooters, rollators, walkers, commodes, canes, crutches, electro-therapy devices (EMS and TENS units), heating pads, Bracing products such as custom made ROM knee devices, LSO bracing solutions, hip braces, hinged knee braces, neoprene sleeves for all joints, shoulder slings, splints, cam walkers, compression stockings, cast covers, etc.
TPO has performance guarantees trough quantitative measures producing high customer satisfaction. TPO is one of the largest DME companies in the State of Florida and processes over 20,000 claims for adult and pediatric patients annually.
Team Post OP agrees to:
- Commit to fill levels of 100% within 48 hours – excluding custom and specialty products and as requested by you.
- In accordance with patients’ Bill of Rights, Team Post OP agrees to properly instruct the patient and/or caregiver on the proper use and maintenance of products.
- 24 hour/ 7 days per week emergency service for any product or service rendered.
- Bilingual staff and service technicians.
- All service representatives are fingerprinted, and have level 2 clearance thru AHCA.
